Plan Policy

As part of our annual service plan, clients are entitled to a comprehensive 2-day onsite visit designed to address their specific needs. Please note the following terms regarding our onsite visits:

Annual Onsite Visit Exclusions: The cost of the annual service plan with included onsite visit does not cover travel expenses.

Travel will be invoiced separately and includes the actual cost of travel plus a daily per diem of $60 and a $300 travel fee for each leg of the journey.

Travel Cost Approvals: Any flight costs exceeding $600 (roundtrip), hotel stays above $160 per night, or car rentals surpassing $150 daily will require prior approval from the client. We strive to find the best possible travel arrangements within these parameters, ensuring both cost-effectiveness and comfort.

Cancellation Clause: Should we be unable to secure travel arrangements that meet these criteria and receive mutual consent, the contract may be dissolved without penalty to either party.

Travel Expense Billing: Clients will be billed for direct travel expenses including flights, car rentals, hotel stays, gasoline, airport transit, and parking. Please note, meals and personal expenses incurred during travel are not billable.

Onsite Visit Duration: We aim to provide two full days (8 hours each) of onsite service. However, due to travel constraints and unforeseen circumstances, the actual time may vary slightly. We commit to making every effort to maximize our onsite availability within these constraints. We believe this policy ensures transparency and aligns with our commitment to providing exceptional service while accommodating the logistical and financial considerations of onsite visits.
